  • Guest：Really nice hotel, room was small for price but nice, I was worried it might be noisy because of the location but it’s one of the quietest hotel rooms I’ve stopped in. We did pay for early check in but when we arrived the room hadn’t been done, I sent a message on WhatsApp and got a quick reply from Tom who sent the ￡15 refund for this immediately and gave us complementary late check out, which we really appreciated! We paid for breakfast which is served in a lovely cafe not even a minute walk away, you get your own little menu for the hotel, not loads of choice but the choices are good and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the customer service and location, we will be back soon ??
  • Guest：Well decorated stylish rooms right in the city centre. Everything is immaculate. Really attentive service from Tom. Great central location and excellent value for money . Will definitely stop again if I’m in the area. A good addition to Lancaster
  • Guest：Very underwhelmed with our room for the price . Ridiculously hot with an inadequate fan and a window that wouldn't open and small, worst mattress I've had in a long time . The bathroom window was open and a constant smell of the nearby restaurant. I realise we booked one of the cheapest rooms but it was still over ￡100 room only. There was 2 lindt chocolates but both had melted ! Woken at 8 am by the builders behind shouting it felt like they were in the room ! We have stayed in most of the hotels in Lancaster as we are regular visitors & this was the most disappointing so far
  • Guest：What a lovely little gem. Stayed last night Saturday and wish we were staying another night. We had room 4 which is at the back so nice and quiet. Can’t complain about anything really. Hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee and milk, complimentary toiletries all included. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Lancaster, it is in the middle of the city so not far to walk to places. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but I’m sure it would be good. Would definitely come back here. A big shout out to Tom who was always in contact with my husband Mark. Thanking you kindly.
