This property comes with a high performance hot water tank with fast recovery. Also for your family's enjoyment; there is a whole house reverse osmosis water filtration system.

While on the island, please enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining. Main Beach is just 2.0 miles from the home; only a 6 minute drive via Atlantic Ave. Egan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are less than 5 minutes away. Guests are welcomed to use the Florida State Park Pass for Fort Clinch, Amelia Island State Park, Big and Little Talbot Island. The pass will be issued at check-in.
