Living room has a full sized couch bed platform and an air mattress that goes on top of it for guests to use as well. This property is professionally managed. Quiet hours are between 10PM-10AM. No parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No pets are permitted. One garage parking space, however, space is tight with a ceiling height of approximately 6'6". There are two first come first serve outdoor spots on the property and free adjacent street parking. Please pay attention to weekly street cleaning posted signage when parking on street.
