Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
? Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
? Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
Single riders only, sliding feet first
Slide hours vary seasonally

? Resort access cards must be returned to the clubhouse before departure
? Lost or unreturned cards will be subject to a replacement charge (cards are not accepted at the gate)
