Screened Porch and Gas Grill - Charming Escape
Time to get away and time to rewind at Time Fly’s Inn. New (June 2024) constructed home near the East Beach Causeway to the beach and not too far from the Pier/Village area. How ‘suite’ it is, that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Time to make your vacation memories, time to book your stay.
THE SPACE
Enter into the living room with smart TV, dining for 8 guests and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. Outside the screened in porch is a gas grill.

Bedroom 2 – 2nd floor, Queen (sleeps 2), TV

Pool coming this fall. Dates are blocked for the pool installation. Sorry, we cannot provide pictures until installation is complete.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

No parties or events, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, etc.

The person booking must check-in and be present for the reservation.

All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and card on file for security deposit prior to check-in.
- We use DocuSign so you can securely verify ID and accept the terms and conditions.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent only after successfully completing the verification process.
- For pet friendly properties, a pet fee applies, and approval is required.
