The Space
This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo is designed for comfort with locally crafted furniture and art. It sleeps up to four people and features a 60-inch TV above a hidden memory foam Murphy bed, a plush couch, and an easy chair. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, and the bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries. The tranquil bedroom has a queen-size bed and ample closet space.

The Location
Sunset Beach is a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Enjoy local favorites like Caddy’s restaurant and bar, and Ka’Tiki for live music and drinks. Publix grocery store and 7-11 are just a short drive away.

One parking pass is supplied. It must be kept in the car at all times. The condo complex will tow cars that do not have the parking pass clearly displayed.Please return the parking pass when you check out. There is a $150 fee to replace the pass.
