High N' Dry is just one mile from Stop Light #1 in Pigeon Forge! Close to all the action of Dollywood, the Ripken Experience, the Le Conte Center, shopping, and so many delicious restaurants. Enjoy The Little Pigeon River just steps from the house. This chalet will comfortably sleep up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. We have 2 full-size bathrooms one of which has a jetted tub.

DirecTV and Super Hi-Speed XFinity Wifi make for relaxing evening entertainment after long fun days. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset or enjoy the fireplace for a warm romantic night. Lots of grassy areas for the kids to play, or take a stroll along the walkways on the Little Pigeon River.

We are located in River Pointe at the end of a Cul De Sac, just one quick mile from The Parkway and Lights # 1 and 2. This location is a favorite of those who want to be close to all the action but still be in a quiet community!

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING, AND LIVING AREA ☆☆
The living room has two sofas, a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV, and a natural gas fireplace. Head out to the back deck and enjoy a good book or just watch the birds and squirrels play.
Our well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans, and baking items you should need to make memorable meals.
There is a microwave, toaster, and a Combo K-Cup/Drip Coffee Maker. The dining area has seating for 6 and is the perfect place to enjoy some family time.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The home has two bedrooms, one King and one Queen. Both have Gel Memory Foam mattresses.
The primary has an en-suite bathroom, with a jetted tub.
Each of the two bedrooms has a television with DirecTV.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
We have two bathrooms, one en-suite and one shared. Both bathrooms have Tub/Shower combos and the en-suite is outfitted with a jetted tub. The second bathroom is a Jack and Jill style accessible from both the hallway and the Queen bedroom. All bathrooms have fluffy towels, and starter sets of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

☆☆ LAUNDRY ☆☆
We have a large Washer and Dryer in the hallway laundry closet. We provide detergent for your first load but we do suggest bringing your favorite laundry soap if you plan to stay for a few days.

☆☆ OUTSIDE ☆☆
There are plenty of outdoor spaces, for relaxing after a day of exploring! The house has a covered porch in front and an open deck off the back.
There is a charcoal grill on the side of the house and lots of grassy areas for the kids to run off their energy. Just steps out the front door are the neighborhood's picnic pavilion and walking trails that take you along the river.

We have Xfinity's SUPERFAST WiFi service with speeds between 300 and 600 Mbps. Perfect for those who need to work while on vacation!

We offer access to the seasonal pool at Honeysuckle Meadows, about 10 miles from the house. The pool area has available lounges and umbrella tables, and a deli with sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, and snacks. Bring a rod, or rent one here, and try your luck with the Catch and Release Fishing Pond! The perfect way to spend a day!
