Ideal for those eager to explore Fayetteville's local scene, it's just half a mile from the town square and a mile from the University of Arkansas. It is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that accommodates 8 guests. Included are three generous Smart TVs, a porch swing on the patio, a BBQ grill, cozy reading and lounging corners, kid-friendly spaces, and classic vintage video games.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- There are 2 Nintendos upstairs available for your use. To access, click input until you come to arrive at HDMI 2/3.
- All televisions are fully equipped with Cable and have Smart app streaming capabilities.
- There is an air mattress available for your use along with extra bedding in the closet off the game room upstairs.
- There is a gas grill available for your use! Grilling tools and utensils can be found in the laundry room to the left of the washer/dryer.
