  • Guest：I booked The Yin Hotel for my mothers 70th and sister’s 50th celebration. I couldn’t have possibly imagined a better stay. We were blown away by the hospitality, genuine friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, beautiful gardens, high end luxury finishing, fabulous food, and attentive service. I can honestly say, I will never book another hotel in Marrakech. The Yin Hotel is the place to be. Situated just outside the city, away from the hustle and bustle of the Madina, you will find an oasis of pure tranquility. With only 14 detached villa type rooms, you are treated like family from the moment you arrive. We booked the excursions through the hotel and were blessed to have Simo take us. Simo treated us like family and is such an asset to the hotel. The Yin Hotel struck gold by finding Simo to work there. Our time in Marrakech will always be cherished because of him. A time none of us will ever forget. Simo went above and beyond for us. The only other time I have experienced such thoughtfulness from staff was a stay at the Burj Al Arab and even at that, Simo did more. Thank you Simo, Anass, Abdel, the other man with the curly hair (can’t remember his name but so deserves a mention), the young ladies who work there. Thank you to all of you. We cannot wait to return ??

  • Guest：Das Yin Hotel ist ganz neu und sehr sch?n gemacht das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und gibt sich gro?e Mühe es einem recht zu machen. Das Hotel hat bislang keine Alkohollizens, weshalb wir für den Abend eine Flasche Wein Mitbrachten. Wir durften diese allerdings ausschlie?lich in unserem Zimmer konsumieren, ansonsten jede Korkengeld verlangt, obwohl man dort wie gesagt keinen Alkohol kaufen kann. Immerhin hat das Personal dann Stühle, Weinkühler und einen kleinen Snack auf die Terrasse des Zimmer gebracht. über externe Anbieter werden verschiedene Spaleistungen erbracht, wie Mani- und Pediküre, obwohl normal nicht Im Angebot. Das war sehr zuvorkommend. Lediglich der Check out war ?rgerlich. Ich kann jedem Gast nur raten bei Ankunft eine Inventur des Zimmers vorzunehmen um Anschuldigungen man h?tte Bademantel oder Handtuch oder was auch immer eingepackt.
  • Guest：Merveilleux séjour au yin h?tel. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été séduit par la réception à la décoration recherchée. L’établissement est un véritable havre de paix. Chaque chambre se situe dans une villa privative à la décoration à couper le souffle. Elles sont toutes différentes. Le personnel est incroyable, un grand merci pour leur accueil chaleureux et très à l’écoute. Très belle surprise. C’est un endroit suspendu. Nous avons adoré chaque instant passé dans cet h?tel.
