Guest：This is an odd place. It really is like stepping back in time. Think of the Grand Budapest Hotel a bit... It is badly managed and worn down in places but there is new carpet and furniture so you can tell they have made an effort. The spa is geared toward the elderly so there is a lot of emphasis on safety and therefore it is not a space you are free to move around in. It is still worth visiting once and the package with the mud room is the best. We were generally happy with the location and the rooms. We did not eat at the hotel as dogs are not allowed in the restaurants. We enjoyed the walk around the hill in front of the hotel and swam in the river below. Overall I am glad we spent 5 nights there.

Guest：Absolutely amazing crew. Very helpfull and kind. They helped us a lot in our work, and we are very greatfull. And the food is also amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of amazing spots. Worth to visit it
Guest：It’s in the middle of the mountains, great for if you want peace. The road to get there is challenging, don’t drive at night, no street lights. Staff was nice, and suitable for overal a mature guests, no children.
