Guest：Superb location on the croisette sandwiched between the marriott and the Martinez hotel - spacious lobby , our one bed apartment was tastefully done up with the host providing for all amenities required for your stay including a bottle of wine and chocolates ! Air conditioner worked well , toilet is small but aesthetic , our room 541 was on the back side so was very quiet with a good Mountain View
Guest：We stayed here during the Cannes Film Festival, and the location is truly exceptional. Unmatched, really. Waking up to that view each morning, especially at dawn and dusk, was a highlight of our trip. That said, for a multi-night stay, it was disappointing to find that even basic requests — like additional towels — came with an extra charge. It’s a small thing, but it left an impression that detracted from an otherwise wonderful setting. When you’re paying a premium for the location, you’d expect a bit more generosity in the basics.
