Pets are welcome on request for a €30 fee. A pre-recorded deposit of €400 is required, plus a €7.93 registration fee. Private parking is available in front of the property, providing easy access to the nearby Marina.

Located in the peaceful village of Grau du Roi, the apartment is just 100 meters from La Plagette (city center), 2.5 km from La Plage de l'Espiguette, 1.5 km from La Plage Nord, and 2.2 km from Plage Sud, known for its Kite Surfing.
