Guest：We have just returned from a week at Chalet Izia. We had an excellent stay, and were very impressed. The apartment, the hotel facilities and its location - all suited us to a tee. We certainly hope to return next year !
Guest：We just spent a fabulous week in a two-bedroom apartment here and truly loved our stay. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage and hooks everywhere—perfect for organizing all our ski gear. The indoor pool with jets was a lovely place to relax, and the sauna and steam room (which comfortably fit 4–6 people) were great additions—though we did miss having a hot tub. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a few simple meals, and they even offer raclette and fondue sets on request. You can also pre-order fresh pastries from the local boulangerie (just make sure to place the order before 6pm for next morning). We stayed in Building A, in an apartment right next to reception. While the layout was a bit different from what we saw in the photos—particularly with a slightly smaller sitting area—we actually appreciated the convenience of being close to reception, the pool area and the boot room. Despite our initial concern about potential noise, the apartment was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better: true ski-in/ski-out access from the boot room, which included heated boot lockers. It's just steps away from the Olympic gondola meeting point for ski lessons, and within walking distance to a small Spar (with a larger one in town), Cocorico for après-ski, and the center of town. If you’re not up for walking, the Rond des Pistes shuttle stop is just a few minutes away. On check-out day, we skied until the end of the day and scheduled our transport for 7pm to avoid traffic back to Geneva. We were able to use the large changing room with showers and full facilities, which made things so easy. The reception team, especially Lea and Chloe, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only small thing missing in the unit was tissues and paper towels, but we easily picked some up from Spar. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return and recommend it to others! Wish we had something like this in our usual Colorado ski spots!
Guest：Chalet Izia's ski in, ski out location was fabulous. Near to the main lifts and other amenities only a short walk away. We stayed in C016 which had great views looking towards the village across the slopes. I sat on many ocassions watching the world ski-by! Truly well designed chalet that created a home from home feel but on a smaller basis.The design team have clearly put a great deal of thought into the accommodation. I would definitely love to return oneday.
Guest：Comfy beds but pillows thick and hard; duvets far too warm. Very small bathroom. More bowls, mugs and glasses needed. Very good location.
