The Tides are part of Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort which is smack dab in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and by Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beaches. There’s a ton of stuff to do here, with the daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin, Grand Boulevard and other noted communities to the west, and a nature preserve for quiet and solitude to the east. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds! Starting Sept 3rd the resort will be modernizing their elevators, one elevator will be down at a time as they get this done.

*The master bedroom has a large King sized bed with TV. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and double vanity.
*The guest bedroom is furnished with a King and TV. Perfect for children or other guests.
*The living area is spacious for all to congregate and has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a 65" TV.
*The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining area for meals together.

Restaurant Dining near Tides at Tops’l:
Located on the pool deck with outdoor seating overlooking the beach, Blue Dunes Grille serves casual fare.
Near the resort clubhouse is Club Tiki, an outdoor lounge with several large screen TV’s.
For fine dining, choose the award winning Ocean Club, which is located at the entrance of the resort. Live music is featured on select evenings.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
