Guest：The pictures really make this place seem a lot “newer” than it is. Room is very outdated and not at all as glamorous and boutiquey as the pictures make it out to be. The bathroom is so small I could not close the door behind me without having to walk behind the toilet. There was also no hot water in my shower. I think at one time this was probably a very fun unique hotel, but it’s very aged at this point. The windows are also paper thin so you hear every single sound from outside, and let me tell you there are a lot. Homeless people literally screaming at all hours of the night. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but the windows certainly don’t help. The staff were fine, but nothing to write home about. No one offered to help me with my bags or hold the door, etc.
Guest：Stayed at hotel during remodeling. So there was a dumpster out front and the bar and coffee area where out of service. The internet was out so the TV wasnt working. However the room and atmosphere where great. I will return when all.amenities are open.
Guest：The property was still under construction. Nothing was open yet like it looks on the pictures. The rooms were okay but did have a weird smell. The disappointment comes from all the homeless there is around that area.
Guest：The room was unexpectedly spacious, spotlessly clean and with all the usual features. The staff were very helpful and hospitable.
