  • Guest：My husband and I LOVED our stay at White Sails Inn! Susanne is a wonderful innkeeper, she was very welcoming and provided a delicious 3 course breakfast each morning. She was also fantastic about accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions! It’s obvious she takes great pride in White Sails. The inn is beautiful and spotless. We stayed in the Iron Age room. Our adventures during the day kept us out a little later most nights so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire but it looked like fun and the other common areas are very nice to relax in too! The location is nice too and we enjoyed chatting with other guests at breakfast. I would definitely recommend White Sails Inn if you’re in Kennebunk! Thank you Susanne for a wonderful stay (and the recipes!) and we hope to see you again in the future!
  • Guest：Wonderful three night stay at White Sails Inn! Very charming rooms and ambience throughout, and Susanna, the innkeeper, was so welcoming and gracious. The beautifully prepared and creative breakfasts she served each morning were the highlight of our stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed along with visiting with the other guests then and at HH in the quaint bar area. Don’t hesitate to book here!
  • Guest：This was our first time in decades staying at a B&B so wasn’t sure what to expect. The place was spotless. Much cleaner than most hotels honestly. Seemed to be thick walls. Couldn’t hear the snoring of other guests at least. Adorable decor and so many cozy nooks to hang and read a book. It was also a treat to chat with the other guests at breakfast each morning. We did enjoy the fire pit one night but didn’t know there was a noise ordinance so we had to stop around 11:30p. Breakfast was yummy each morning but wish portions would’ve been a bit bigger. While I know there’s a noise ordinance starting at 10p she shuts down fire pit at 8pm because she goes to bed for the night but it would be nicer if she allowed the guests to enjoy it until 10pm as we never got back to inn until after 8p each night. I also felt the bed and pillows were a bit stiff for me so would’ve appreciated a couple different pillow options in the room at least but that’s just me. Overall though I was pleasantly surprised with the B&B experience. And her recs for things to do and places to eat were spot on.
