Guest：The staff is very loud, unprofessional and not trained. At one point I was sitting alone in the dining room eating my $36 salad listening to the bar manager do a loud Austin powers impersonation over and over. They were rough housing and playing in the lobby, talking loudly about their gym routines. Just the opposite of peaceful.
Guest：This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at for my regular staycations. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself and definitely a place where you can feel comfortable talking with other guests. My only annoyance was the $50 corkage fee for opening and drinking the wine that came in my room, on the rooftop. I’ll definitely be checking in a few more times this year though :) Highly Recomend.
