  • Guest：From the moment we drove up to the hotel we felt good service. We were invited to leave our things in the car and check in on the first level and relax with a welcome drink while our bags were delivered to our room. The staff as a whole were exceptionally respectful, friendly, and helpful. Our room, a Junior Suite East, had Mountain View’s and plenty of light. The room was generously spacious with a modern double sink bathroom.
  • Guest：Everything about this hotel exudes class. Our stunning room overlooking the slopes on two sides was huge and very well equipped. All of the facilities at the hotel were first class, including the beautiful spa. What makes this hotel really stand out is the wonderful staff team who really do go above and beyond to help with the smallest detail. The staff in the restaurant in particular deserve praise for their first class service in a friendly manner - and the sommelier was the star of the them all. Thank you everyone!

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne zur Er?ffnung der Skisaison und waren auch in diesem Jahr - für uns zum ersten Mal unter der neuen Eigentümerschaft - wieder begeistert.
  • Guest：Arrival to Departure nothing was an issue. If you happen to need something just ask. Spa was excellent, Rooms are beautiful. Ski in and Ski out for me (dad) and my 18 and 21 year old boys was just super. Fireplace bar and Sky bar were beautiful for drinks and playing cards, music in Sky bar in late evening. If you have a beginner skier (Mum in our case) get a slope facing room as the sun shine is beautiful on the balcony however you can also enjoy it in the Spa and terrace and we were never far away when Mum was tired of the slopes. Food and wine, well I will make that easy, it was 101% everyday. Restaurant service team were 101% everyday. We found it hard to leave. Ski rental at the back door of the hotel. Main Ski area about 5-8 Min (Short Ski and Short Gondola). Bus up and down to Solden a few times a day. Every team member was friendly, rooms very clean. This was an experience to lock away in our family memories for ever. The other guests were lovely and it was a very calming and extraordinary experience. See you again and thank you.
