Guest：This hotel is a gem! Right in the centre, very friendly, attentive and efficient staff and the hotel is newly built, so everything works. It is surprisingly affordable, and exactly this great price made us slightly apprehensive before arrival. What was the catch? There is none. Rooms are just big enough to fit all necessary functions, beds are comfy and there are both shower and tub in the bathroom. The breakfast had great selection and the dining area offered different seating options depending on your preference. Parking is plenty - and this is in the centre! Did they pay me to write this review? No, I am merely a very happy customer.
Guest：Uit station Lübeck naar rechts en daar staat het gloednieuwe hotel Premier Inn Citycenter. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie lobby. Praktisch ingerichte kamer met extra kussen voor meer comfort. Geen koelkastje aanwezig. Wel AC. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Ontbijt gebruikten we bij de bakker even verderop.
Guest：un livello di servizio basso, nella prenotazione e su booking. com non ci sta scritto che per politica dell'hotel cambiano e puliscono le stanze ogni 4 giorni e nessuno al check in te lo dice. Il breakfast è abbastanza caro e dopo averlo pagato ti avvertono che è meglio se ci vai presto o tardi perchè non ci sono molti posti a sedere. è un albergo che usano le famiglie ed io lo sconsiglio vivamente per le coppie. Personale nella media, pulizia bassa, posizione centrale come tutti gli altri essendo Lubecca piccolissima. Non vale la pena provarlo è già vecchio anche se è nuovo.
