Guest：This hotel is advertised as a family run hotel, and I imagined helpful staff to greet us etc. But this place is self check in. The only time you see a staff member is at breakfast. The staff were super nice and capable, but expected to settle accounts even though German was not their first language, as well as cook, serve, and clear up at the same time. Felt exploitative. No lift, so make sure you are able to carry your luggage up a spiral staircase. No coffee/tea facilities in room. City tax is extra charge added to bill, for us close to 30 Euro for 4 nights, and not included in quote.
Guest：Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, werden allerdings nur jeden zweiten Tag gemacht (Zimmerpreis wird deswegen nicht erm?ssigt). Die Besitzerin war leider sehr unflexibel, überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend und eher unfreundlich. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr, wer (wie wir) auf der Messe arbeitet und sp?testens um 7.30 Uhr los muss, hat keine Chance auf ein Frühstück. Die ganze Zeit haben wir keinen Menschen gesehen und konnten auch nicht auschecken - was uns sp?ter angekreidet wurde.

Guest：A estadia é ótima, mas é preciso dizer que n?o se trata de um hotel convencional. é uma mistura de Airbnb com hotel. N?o há portaria. Fique atento no seu email ou na plataforma de reserva que v?o enviar um código para seu email para ingresso no prédio. As chaves ficam dentro do quarto com a porta aberta. Só há funcionários no café da manh?. Tomem cuidado que n?o poder?o deixar a mala no checkout para continuar passeando. O quarto é gigante (para 3 pessoas) e chuveiro gostoso. Café da manh? vale a pena. Aliás atendimento ótimo no café e fritam ovo na hora. Só pedir. A localiza??o é perfeita também. A TV n?o é smart e os travesseiros (só um) é fino. Pe?a mais. Aten??o para as observa??es que já fiz acima.
