Guest：A wonderful hidden gem. Although a ten-minute ride to the centre of Düsseldorf, it's worth it. Overlooking the river Rhine with a cosy bar and restaurant. Great food, great views and somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life, but with the city minutes away if you need one of the best nights out in Germany.
Guest：This is a very nice hotel, with helpful staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome. It is in a beautiful location on the busy Rhine and close to the U Rail system directly into town. It does however need to do a few things to make it better for guests. These comments are intended to be helpful and constructive, not as a complaint. There is no bar and hence nowhere to relax in the evening after going out for a meal or for those who prefer to stay on site to relax and chat over a beer. There is a formal Chinese restaurant for those wanting to eat in. There are no toilets to use in the hotel other than in the bedrooms - we sat in the hotel reception late afternoon, waiting for a taxi to the airport for over an hour, and found the lack of access to a toilet rather uncomfortable! The member of staff on duty did kindly open a bedroom for us. There is a toilet in the Chinese Restaurant but although it is on site, the access door between Reception and the restaurant is kept locked and only opened when the evening meals begin around 6 pm. Reception was not manned from around 8pm until breakfast which would not usually be a problem if there was a vending machine for snacks and water. Maybe it's because we visited out of season. The bedrooms are warm and comfortable but the bathroom needs upgrading and the towels are in urgent need of replacement. The overall impression is that the hotel and its fittings are a bit tired. Such a shame because with a few changes it could be an an excellent place to stay. The staff are kind and helpful and we were treated very well. We had a great time and liked Düsseldorf very much. Don't be put off staying at this hotel if the lack of a bar doesn't bother you. You will not be disappointed with the welcome, the rooms or the food.
Guest：Unsere Goldhochzeit im Hotel F?hrhaus km734 war absolut ein toller Erfolg. Das Ambiente gemütlich und einladend, perfekt für unser Abendessen mit der Familie. Das Highlight war jedoch das Essen. Das Roastbeef war auf den Punkt gebraten und die hausgemachten Beilagen k?stlich. Auch an unsere Kleinsten wurde gedacht: es gab Schnitzel, Pommes und Eis. Ebenso der Service verdient Lob - aufmerksam, flink und super nett. Für alle rundherum ein gelungener Abend, der unsere Erwartungen in allerbester Weise erfüllt hat. Er wird noch lange in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. Danke!
Guest：Ich kann dem Hotel F?hrhaus nur die beste Note geben. Das Hotel ist einfach aber gut eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Rhein. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum von Düsseldorf sowohl mit dem PKW als auch mit ?ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Der Hotelier begrü?te mich freundlich und wies mir ein sauberes, tadelloses Einzelzimmer zu, ohne viel Schnickschnack aber mit allem, was man für eine übernachtung braucht. Die Buchung per Internet und die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte verlief reibungslos und professionell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis war für Düsseldorfer Verh?ltnisse sehr gut. Ich kann das Hotel vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Das Abendessen nahm ich im angegliederten Restaurant ein, das an einen (wie er mir selbst mitteilte) türkischst?mmigen Betreiber verpachtet ist. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen würde ich mit "guter Durchschnitt" bewerten, wobei ich mich mit der türkischen Küche recht gut auskenne. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis kann ich allerdings nicht so positiv bewerten, wie das des Hotels. Ich unterhielt mich auch kurz mit dem Betreiber des Restaurants, der bald begann, sich negativ über das Hotel und den Hotelier zu ?u?ern. Ich fand das befremdlich, denn zwischen mir und ihm bestand eine rein gesch?ftliche Beziehung und ich hatte das Gespr?ch meinerseits nicht auf das Hotel gebracht. Für mich ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum das Hotel einige sehr schlechte Bewertungen mit unsachlichen, polemischen ?u?erungen erhalten hat wie: "geldgierig, arrogant, falsch, hinterh?ltig, manipulierte Kreditkarte, Schwangere aus Hotel geworfen, schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten, überall lagen Stinkwanzen" etc. Das passt überhaupt nicht zu meinen Erfahrungen im November 2025 und erweckt den b?sen Schein, dass hier mit plumpen Methoden versucht wird, Rufmord zu betreiben.
