  • Guest：Cozy & quiet villa up on a hill above Tuscany We spent 2 weeks in the villa in August 2024. The house is beautifully situated on a hill side and feels very private, as there are only very few neighboring houses . The greenery around the house is very well maintained and further adds to the sense of privacy. In the house you can find everything that's needed for staying and feeling at home - from an iron and washing machine to wine glasses. The huge terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains features comfortable seatings and invites for long hours of relaxing, dining and jumping into the pool. The villa comprises two separate levels, each having a bathroom and a kitchen, which is perfect for a group of two families, as was the case for us. The pool is clean, not too deep, and receives maintenance from the host on a regular basis according to need and not by just adding tons of chlorine into the water which would be much easier but less enjoyable for the guests. AC works really well and allows for comfortable nights despite the heat.
