This fully enclosed residence is located just 250 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the pedestrian center of Lignano Sabbiadoro, offering easy access to both the seaside and town center. Guests can use a shared washing machine free of charge.

The apartment has 4-6 sleeping spaces and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace. It features air conditioning, satellite TV, and an outdoor parking space.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
