It consists of a lovely living room with separate kitchen (with gas stove, large refrigerator and Italian coffee maker) and a double sofa bed, bathroom (shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, bidet), bedroom with a double bed, balcony with side sea view, uncovered parking place.

This apartment features several amenities, including a numbered car parking, air-conditioning, reinforced door, TV (only italian channels available).
