The house is located in one of the oldest parts of Cagliari, the city center for services, nightlife and access to historical places and monuments. A few minutes walk away are taxi ranks, the train station, the port, carpooling, bike sharing, cycle paths, museums, public gardens, the castle of Cagliari, shopping, markets, banks, night clubs ... So, just look for public transport and reach any place of interest such as the beach and parks. You will be able to conquer the city and be fascinated by its historical, natural and landscape beauties, by our beautiful sea.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a historic building, renovated, particularly quiet, bright, overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari. Equipped with all comforts and services, furnished by Sardinian architects, respects the taste and style of the city. The services we offer are: alarm system, wi-fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave. The house is equipped with 3 beds, a bathroom with shower.

Two-hour bike tour to the Molentargius Park, through the cycle path where you can enjoy the view of one of the most beautiful wet lagoons in the Mediterranean, admire the flamingos and, arriving at the beach at sunset, take a bath.

Two-hour guide to the historical and archaeological sites of the city.

Horseback riding on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world: Chia. Enjoy a pizza or have an aperitif in the evening. The car transfer is taken care of by the owner.

Trekking on foot in the mountains or in the archaeological and naturalistic sites of the city such as Sella del Diavolo, Castello di San Michele, etc.

Tourist Tax: at check-in it is necessary to pay the tourist tax which consists of two euros per day per person, up to the first five days of stay
