Guest：We had a 1-night stay here on a quick trip to Venice. Hotel is a great location 5-minute walk to main train station, and out in front of the station are Vaporetto water boat docks to travel on the Grand Canal. Cost was reasonable at €82/night including all taxes and fees, with full refund cancel up to 6 days before arrival. One issue we had is that they refused to grant earlier check-in than their 2PM check-in time, even though check-out is 10AM so there were obviously clean rooms when we arrived at 12N. The luggage storage room to leave your bags either before or after check-in is down the hall and totally out of view of the receptionist, where anyone could walk in and take any bag out of the room. Instead, we convinced the receptionist to keep our bag behind the front counter. Another issue is that the elevator is out of order (and sounds from other reviews that it has not operated for a long time). Other than that, the room was clean, hot water and pressure was good, and bed was OK. Probably because of our short stay, the view from our room was out the back of the building rather than over the Campo San Geremia square in front of the building. There was an electric kettle to heat water for tea or Nescafe instant coffee. We did not use the free Wi-Fi, heating or A/C, so can’t say how well they worked. Room and bathroom were somewhat small. We might stay here again on a return visit to Venice, after exploring other options. Restaurant recommendation: We had a nice meal at Ristorante Roma, right on the Grand Canal by the train station with friendly, English-speaking waiter and reasonable prices.
Guest：Molto vicino alla stazione Santa Lucia. Camera molto pulita, quadrupla molto spaziosa con finestre sulla piazza San Geremia. I cuscini un po' bassi, abbiamo chiesto alla reception quelli aggiuntive sono stati molto celeri nel consegnarceli. In stanza non c'è la televisione ma per noi è un pregio non un difetto. si trova vicino al ghetto ebraico da visitare .per raggiungere piazza San Marco bisogna camminare circa una ventina di minuti ma si ha così la possibilità di attraversare i tipici vicoletti.
