  • Guest：Fantastic hotel with fabulous staff and facilities. Special shout out to Claudia who made our stay amazing, looked after us throughout. Stayed for a week skiing with another couple. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well appointed and more than comfortable. Only slight negative was noise transfer between rooms …. That’s what ear plugs are for light sleepers. Great boot room for ski kit with a shuttle bus to get you to the lifts. On the edge of the town it’s quiet but close enough to the town. Our room was on the rear away from the road, with a balcony.
  • Guest：I stayed here Feb half term week in a group of four, two being teenage boys. What a lovely little hotel it is, Its about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Canazei so it's not central for bars and shops although the ski bus stops close by if you need it which runs into the centre of Canazei. The rooms are clean, possibly a little dated but that wasn't a problem to us, there was plenty of hot water and the rooms are lovely and warm. Its a continental buffet breakfast which was fine with a hot option each day. Evening meal is a salad buffet, pasta course, main then dessert. Leave room for dessert if you have a sweet tooth, they are well worth it. The Staff are brilliant, I have to mention the lovely Claudia who was our waitress in the evening as well as running the bar. She introduced me to the Hugo cocktail which quickly became a favourite. I had a birthday whilst there and can honestly say the staff went out of their way to make it special and I was presented with a beautiful cake after Dinner while singing Happy Birthday. There is secure ski storage and a Hotel minibus which will drop you at the Belvedere lift in the morning and picks up in the evening. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, good food, nice clean warm rooms and friendly helpful staff.
  • Guest：I agree with other reviews, the hotel is well run and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent as was the service. Claudia in the bar and restaurant and Michaela in the restaurant were first class. The hotel is 15 minutes from the centre of Canazei and the minibus service (which was also excellent) is essential as it would be too far to walk to the lift in ski boots. The snow in the Sella Ronda was brilliant and made for a great week.
  • Guest：Very, very friendly people. Large and bright room. Lovely food and wine. Cozy bar and nice wellness area. And super service, beyond what you can expect, i.a. heated ski room and shuttle bus to ski lift. We will definitely be back. Probably already next year.
