Guest：Our apartment was excellent. A good size with all amenities we required. Very good condition. It was up a couple of flights of stairs but not really surprising in Florence. Nice and close to railway station and out of busy part of town but close enough to walk to the main sights. They have a very good system of using your phone to open the apartment and building doors, which was fine until there was a power cut! Support people were on site very quickly to help.
