Guest：?Понравилось абсолютно все! Очень внимательная и заботливая Мария выполнила все пожелания: верхний этаж, постельное белье из хлопка, мы с женой аллергики, электрический чайник, пляжные полотенца и поздний выезд. Встречает гостей и показывает номер, всегда на связи, очень ответственная. Плюсы: бесплатная парковка на территории, очень чистые, новые и светлые апартаменты с хорошим зонированием, две спальни, большая кухня-столовая, два балкона, просторный санузел с душевой кабиной, два кондиционера, отличный фен, полностью укомплектованная кухня, большой холодильник и ТВ, много освещения, вместительные шкафы, хороший вай-фай, сушилка, стол и стулья на большой террасе, есть пляжный зонт, сортировка мусора. Дом, милый дом, уже скучаем. Все фото соответствуют, в реале много лучше. Не понравилось?·?Лично мне и моей супруге понравилось все. Для информации пишу: 1. До моря около 700 м, идти пешком не трудно и приятно, около 15 минут. Зато очень хорошо спать, никто и ничто не мешает, а мы попали во время фестиваля кускуса, ну очень шумного и многолюдного. 2. Смена любых полотенец и постельного белья за деньги, они не большие, цены указывают по заезду. 3. К цене проживания плюсуют уборку апартаментов 45 евро, которая идёт после выселения. Во время проживания уборка за отдельные деньги, лично нам это было не нужно, так как жили 6 ночей. 4. Иногда в Сан Вито Ло Капо глючит интернет, мы этот момент застали, к счастью, один вечер. 5. Слышимость соседей снизу, у нас плакал малыш по ночам, потом привыкли. 6. Стиралки нет, есть услуги прачечной за деньги. 6. Заранее сообщайте время приезда, ключи получают в одноимённом отеле по другому адресу. Это рядом, но нужно иметь в виду. В целом, сюда хочется вернуться!
Guest：The apartment is very modern that comes with free parking. It is 10-15 min. Walk to the city center and beach. The apartment has a nice view of the mountain, with full kitchen and ac. You can use the hotel facility for laundry.
Guest：Receptionist, lady at the hotel, was very friendly and helpful, also gave a lot of information. We were also able to check-in earlier (thank you). The apartment was just amazing, it had 2 terraces (porches), one at front (great for having a lunch or dinner) and in the back, good for relaxation, having a drink, breakfast etc.. the apartment was big enough for a group of 4, it also has a couch you can extend for another 2, but I think for 6 adult people it would be a bit overcrowded. It has 2 air conditioners one in living space and one in bedroom, the furniture is new and modern, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, kitchenware etc.. You have a medium sized refrigerator, gas stove, oven, water heater. There is also a smaller storage space for luggage and garbage cans. There is a bakery close to the apartment, about 3 minutes walk, closest market is Despar about 5 minutes walk, the beach is about 7-10 minutes walk, depends which street you go or which part of the beach. At the apartments there is also a self laundry service, it costs 5 € (detergent is included). You also have access to a free parking spot inside the apartment complex, if you have a car. Main issue for us was late check-in, starting from 17:00, even though we were able to check-in earlier because the apartment was already available, the hour is not the best, especially for us who got early in the morning in Trapani and then with bus to San Vito, already very tired from traveling and on a hot day. It would be nice to have more extra towels, at least two or three of each size (for showering, not beach towels). You can get new one for 1 € (up to 4 days), but it would be nice to have more included. It would also be great if the kitchen would be stocked with basic stuff like cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garbage bags, cleaning detergent for dishes, I know this is an apartment and you have to take care of it yourself, but when you come from far away with limited luggage, you have to buy all that here and then take it back home. One more thing bothered us is that at our apartment in smaller room there was some machine noise most of the night (but not always), not sure though if it was the AC from the apartment above us or the laundry service room below us.
Guest：A good little find Be aware of the hidden extra cleaning fee on top of booking. Well appointed but a bit bland in presentation. A few cushions and some Artwork would brighten it up. Garden and Patio area is lovely and private. A bit far from the beach area, but a flat walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and Supermarket close by. Immaculately clean and excellent air conditioning. Private and very safe parking Overall , a very good stay,
