Guest：Once again another wonderful stay at a fabulous guest house, where Wendy and Ray were superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great value for money. The room was exceptional clean with all toiletries and condiments provided. A wonderful place to stay.
Guest：I stayed at the Ivenhoe over the Race the waves weekend as part of the team on the beach. Both Wendy and Ray were most welcoming. Both went out of their way to facilitate our needs. The room was of a high quality and also the breakfast menu was varied to suit most people. I would recommend the guest house and will be going again Thank you Wendy and Ray for a great stay.
Guest：The Ivanhoe is everything a guest house should be. Clean, tidy, and a wonderful feeling of staying with friends. Ray and Wendy put their heart and soul into making you comfortable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Ample parking was provided for my van and trailer, but there is plenty of on street parking too. We requested an 7am breakfast as we were up early to put our Race the Waves event on, 'consider it done' was the answer. I slept well both nights, clean and comfortable en-suite rooms with a shower that I can actually get under at 6ft 3 tall! Ray cooks an awesome full English breakfast, with all the trimmings. He takes obvious pride in making it exactly as you want it, and Wendys level of table service is exemplary, whilst still keeping things informal and relaxed. I came away feeling looked after, I certainly felt I'd received a higher level of service than I'd paid for. To sum up, exemplary service, great value, and just a lovely welcoming place to be. Guest：What a find! You could not find a more friendly guest house. From the booking process until the day we left the service was amazing, Very well situated close to the South beach, on arrival we were directed to Richie’s cafe where we were entitled to 20% off our bill for the length of our stay. The accommodation was very clean with everything you could need including a well stocked hospitality tray, bottled water and toiletries. The breakfast menu had so much choice with everything you could wish for served by the lovely Wendy. We were able to park our car for free. Nothing was too much trouble and would not hesitate in recommending. We have struggled to find a place to suit us in the past but we will definitely return on our next visit to Bridlington. Thank you Wendy & Ray.
