Guest：The price was good and upon entry everything looked pretty clean.
Guest：Staff were nice, property is terrible & room was average. Although I did not expect anything else for the sub $100 per night rate.
Guest：If you are on a tight budget and can accept a partly repurposed, almost derelict property with parking, cooking, and good access to public transport, you should consider the price worth considering. If you are looking for a tidy, comfortable and well appointed room, perhaps look elsewhere. We found an unlockable door, broken stove top and unworking TV, among other things but managed to negotiate a fair solution and appreciated the attractive price for a convenient location. The bed, toilet and shower all allowed us to enjoy our stay albeit without the comforts Australian travellers would normally expect.
Guest：Might need to some maintenance around the building. Better kitchen facilities required. Leaking toilet in bathroom. One thin quilt on a 4 degree night. Cable tie under the sheet of single bed. Chocolate milk spilt all over wall next to main bed, sheets covered in same chocolate milk.
