  • Guest：Great place in Oaxaca Terrific small hotel with spacious suites. Place was clean, safe with a very helpful staff. Having a suite made it very comfortable. Beds were firm and clean. Location was great and no noise issues. Would stay there again.
  • Guest：This hotel is an amazing value, right in the center of Oaxaca, just steps from the Zocalo! We stayed in the Ambar Suite. The room has a comfortable bed, and is spacious for Oaxaca (or anywhere really), with plenty of room for all your luggage and even to hang up your clothes. The ceilings are very high, enhancing the spacious open feel of the room. This includes the bathroom, which has a very nice finish. Not only that, but the hot water and the water pressure in the shower is top notch. As for service, Violet is super friendly and helpful, and even put us in contact with a driver she recommended. We also had an excellent lunch at the restaurant, Cerro Humo. We had no complaints, and we were more than happy to stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled due to weather. Many thanks to Violet and the rest of the staff!
  • Guest：The location of this little guest house is great. On a one way street that is just on the north side of the Zocalo. You can walk straight up the street through great neighborhoods to numerous restaurants and sites. The room was wonderful, spacious and comfortable and despite the location it was very quiet. Violeta was our contact and was at the desk downstairs during the day, but we could contact her whenever we might have a question. She was very helpful with recommendations for drivers and other services. This is a boutique facility with about 7 rooms. After hours it is not staffed in house and you let yourself in with a key. This was not at all a problem and I quite enjoyed it, but some people may be expecting more of a hotel experience with 24 hour in house services, so they should know this. I would look forward to staying there again and it is a great value.
  • Guest：Excelent 5 night stay! We had two king rooms that were very spacious with modern bathrooms. One of the rooms had a balcony that faces the street and you are so close to the zocalo that you can see it from there. All the snacks and drinks (nonalcoholic) in the mini fridge are complimentary which was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and all the staff was very attentive to any needs and gave great suggestions for places to see or eat. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.
