Guest：The room was clean, Oxxo was just walking distance from the property. Oscar and Fatima in the grill restaurant were amazing but we did encounter a very rude staff member at the Ayami restaurant -the hosts, we had a 9pm dinner reservation arrived at 9:06pm and we waited for someone to greet us and when she did she mentioned how we were late and can no longer seat us. My husband exchanged a few words with her and another staff member mentioned how there were plenty of tables available so it wasn’t a big deal. The host kept arguing back with the other staff member so we just left and ask for a table at the grill restaurant, which by the way it the host gave
Guest：It is a really nice resort. the food is very good, the room was very nice, staff were friendly and it’s right on the beach where you can walk for miles. Not a lot in the way of big entertainment-it’s very low key, but that suited us fine. If you are looking for a lot of nightlife, shops, etc, it’s better to stay closer to PV, but we really enjoyed the quiet. We walked into Bucerías on a nice path, rented bikes (extra cost but right on the property) and met a lot of nice people. We had the altitude club, building 4 9th floor. there are 4 rooms on that floor that have a solid wall on the balcony, so you can’t see the ocean when you are sitting. ( 4914, 4915 4916 for sure.) We asked to move, but they were full, so we saw the lovely view only when standing. they should get high stools, and that would make those rooms just as good. 10th floor is the best I think. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent, one day they came in twice, the next not at all, but we didn’t need much and they had a lot of rooms to cover. Even though they were full, it never felt crowded anywhere and we always had a nice table. We really enjoyed our stay here, and were sad to leave!

Guest：I really want to give the hotel 4 stars because the staff were amazing and they alone would have increased this rating. I don’t usually give feedback but if you are thinking about staying here there are a couple of things that should mentioned. The AC may need to be cleaned out as our room had a peculiar smell and I had problems with my sinuses, perhaps to do with this? There was no entertainment at night and if we went for dinner too early, it was one long night. There is no lounge area that accommodates many people. There is a sports bar however has little seating and the same goes for the Sky bar which is overrated. The lobby lounge has a very small bar and again hardly any seats available. If the price is right for you and you have a family, there did appear to be a great sized family pool and some entertainment during the day. The hotel is situated in a good location to jump in a taxi and head off to Puerto Vallarta for the day and has plenty of seating on the beach.
