The elevated floor plan ensures you have an expansive view stretching out to the Atlantic. Two bedrooms with en suite baths are on the first floor. The light and airy master bedroom has a king bed with sliding doors leading to the partially covered and/or uncovered deck. The tasteful furnishings include a 32" HDTV with Netflix. The en suite master bath has high end finishes with a walk in shower. Down the hall, the cheery guest bedroom has 2 full beds with updated en suite bath and tub/shower.

Head upstairs to be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Sliding doors lead out to the upper screened porch where you will be amazed by the panoramic views. A table and chairs make it the perfect place for a little al fresco dining. The living room area has beautiful wood flooring, ceiling fan and 60" HDTV with cable and Netflix. There is a dining area with seating for 6. An updated half bath is on this level and has been finished in calm, coastal tones.

Finally, the fabulous kitchen is well appointed and updated with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, and stainless appliances. A convenient pass through ensures that the kitchen is open and integrated to the rest of the living area so that everyone is included in the fun.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club can be purchased . These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
