Guest：Tenuta Lanza Il Mulino offered an incredibly relaxing escape, primarily due to the exemplary hospitality of Emilio and Palmina. Their service was attentive and thoughtful; they not only met our needs but exceeded them, proactively providing dairy-free milk, plant-based biscuits, and yogurts, a gesture that genuinely enhanced our experience. Mornings were a delight with a bountiful breakfast spread tailored to our preferences. Whether it was an espresso, a grand black coffee, fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, warm croissants, cereal, or toast, Emilio and Parmina were delighted to prepare anything we wished. The daily upkeep was meticulous, with our room consistently cleaned, fresh bedsheets, and new towels provided. The swimming pool was always sparkling, a definite hit with our children. A special touch was their delicious homemade lemon, orange, and mandarin marmalades, which we enjoyed so much we purchased four jars to take home. We were utterly impressed and deeply grateful for their dedication to guest comfort. Thank you, Emilio and Palmina, for making our stay so memorable and for your exceptional warmth.
Guest：The hotel is in a nice setting and was clean if basic. What has let it down has been the terrible communication and a lack of friendliness and welcome There was absolutely no communication prior to arrival despite us emailing to ask about details of check in and to advise of our expected arrival time When we arrived ( having had some difficulties in finding the property) the hotel was like a ghost ship, with no one around. It took over an hour for someone to answer our phone calls and then we received a blunt WhatsApp message about how to get in. We were expecting to be able to have dinner but were told to find a local restaurant. We felt unwelcome and were glad to leave The room itself was clean but dated and the shower was tiny and grubby ( on closer inspection) Breakfast was basic I don’t feel the hotel was worth what we paid for the night

Guest：Very private. Felt like home. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Tranquil. Impeccable. Host friendly but professional. Very well kept. Produce top notch. To us it felt more like agroturismo then a camping spot, though all the facilities were there. Even the kittens were friendly ??
