Guest：All in all, it was a good experience with some issues , and therefore I would not give it a five star rating. The staff were really professional and nice. The rooms were clean. I tend to tip the cleaning staff of all people, and they always cleaned the rooms well. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but was decent. The food in the restaurant for dinner was quite good too. What was not that great is that the fridge hardly worked properly( it was not cold enough), and that most rooms do not have a balcony which is fine and known to us, but there was no option to dry wet clothes after swimming. This is a beach area after all, and I am not sure how it is expected that guests can dry their clothes other than leaving it near the pool area. That works if you use the pool, but what if you go to the beach and come back? This is something the management needs to think about. There are multiple restaurants in this area which is another plus. Overall, it is a 4 star hotel, and it did meet most standards expected of a 4 star hotel.
