Guest：Very clean rooms. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication from hotel staff. Perfect location in City Center, Copenhagen. Quiet, cozy. We had 5 adults in the 2 room apartment. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend Venders.
Guest：This was such an easy stay and in such a great location. Our only tricky thing was that we had two kids sleeping on the sofa bed and the way it folded out meant that there was quite a big dip on one side so they woke up a few times, but otherwise this was clean, warm, and the team there responded immediately when we had some queries re dropping off our cases early and picking them up late after check out. I would highly recommend.
Guest：I had a gorgeous apartment with an incredible, ornate ceiling. Very well-designed space and easy access to the metro thag goes directly to the airport. Only negative I'd say was the lack of AC. As the apartment does face a very busy street/plaza on the hotter months it may not be ideal. Two small things to mention more for the company to take note: the shower curtain gets pulled into the shower when the water is on by the breeze, there needs to be a heavier curtain installed so it's not brushing up against guests when they shower. And the bathroom mirror needs to be secured better to the wall. Went to lightly wipe some steam off with a towel and it almost fell.
