  • Guest：The room I was given had a damage lock. When I went to the hotel at night, the lock of my room did not open. It took about 40 minutes to open it, and that too I had to call the hotel staff and it opened with great difficulty. I was tired and was feeling very sleepy, but due to this problem I could not sleep at all. I had a very bad night. I will never book this hotel again. The hotel staff also forgot the lock of the room, still they gave me the room. I am very upset with you at Trip.com, because I trust you. Because of you I had sleepless nights. I reached the room at 11:30 PM but the lock did not open for 40 minutes. And then I could not sleep. Slow clap for your poor service
