  • Guest：Terrible!! The room is small and outdated, totally different from photos on Trip.com. When I addressed this issue to front desk, a guy with Japanese ******** tattoo showed aggressive attitude and told me to contact *** (Korean booking app) to file complaints ( which doesn’t make any sense since I booked thru Trip.com) or pay extra 25000 won to upgrade a room(the one in Trip.com). I felt terrified and cheated. Hope Trip.com deletes this hotel from the list, so innocent traveler like me will not get cheated again.
