Guest：We had a nice family stay and enjoyed the various pools and beach. The food was decent and the service was good. You need to book early if you want one of the restaurants (same day only), This was a nice way of changing up the dining format. The whole resort was very well maintained and in a beautiful spot. We also spent a nice morning at the quiet and deserted Playa Santa Clara which was a short drive away.
Guest：the check in supposed to be at 3:00 pm and I have to wait almost two hours to get my key for my room there were no towels in the room until 8;00 pm and for breakfast we have to wait and make a lane very disappointed
Guest：The service was terrible upon arrival you have to wait like in a prison no one knows where the main lobby is, the first day as soon as I arrived the room was dirty after waiting 3 hours for it there were no towels or iron and the safe did not lock, the employees enter and leave the rooms without permission, they take the iron without questions, when they really clean they only make the beds they do not change sheets and towels you have to ask for them every day and they bring them one at a time even if you have reserved for a family of 4, things are lost from the notes and there is no one to complain to, it took more than two days to make a report of a clock that disappeared from my note and there was not a single person to make the complaint to, they made me fill out a complaint but they did nothing, they tell you that it is done online but in reality the complaint does not work nobody responds, when you reserve in the restaurants for dinner they treat you and you have worse food than at the buffet, very stressful for a resort it feels like an unsafe and dirty motel, the water park that is supposed to be children's entertainment is always closed They open it for 5 minutes a day and create many inconveniences for use, it is definitely not a family space, drunks harass teenagers and there is no security or anyone to complain to, I stayed four days because once there you have no other options, especially if you are from another country like Europe or the United States
