Our comfortably equipped 3 room apartment, located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator, at 200 mt from the beach, consist of a spacious living-dining-room with a double sofa bed, a big terrace overlooking the greenery with table and chairs, a cooking corner, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with open shower, a safebox and an outdoor free parking space (within premises).
In our apartment you will find air conditioning and a satellite TV. By the pool, in the common area, WI-FI is provided.

* Check-in: 16:00-19:00
* Check-out: 10:00 (keys to be returned at the agency)

* Included:
- All utility bills
- Final cleaning
- Agency fees

* Excluded - Mandatory:
- Security deposit: 150eur, in cash or by credit card > To be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection
- City tax: only in cash > to be defined upon arrival at the agency
* Excluded - Optional > All extra services/items are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
- Bed linen (both double and single sets): 1eur person/day
- Set of 2 towels: 1eur person/day
* You can choose to bring your own ones or to rent them at the agency

* No pets allowed

- The common pool will be open indicatively from 01/06 until 06/09. The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory
