Guest：This place has been renovated and is now beautiful. Classy decoration, comfortable, beautiful views from the cliffs. However.... Staff chatting loudly in front of the rooms since early morning every day and terrible crisis management kind of tarnished the experience. We were there during a huge storm. Electricity went off at 5 am. In the morning, no communication. Given that neither the fridge nor the cook top was working (one of the reasons we booked here), we asked staff if they would offer us some sort of compensation or dinner. All we got was the possibility of putting our food into THEIR fridge, which was working. At night, electricity was still not back on and water was then gone too. No internet either. Impossible to cook, take a shower or even drink tap water. Most businesses nearby were closed so we were stuck. No communication from staff, no extra water, no fruits or maybe a cereal bar. Being from the hospitality industry and having gone through several moments of crisis, including hurricanes, we know this place (allegedly an upscale accommodation which is fully staffed) could have done much better. Completely ignoring the problem and abandoning your customers to their own sort is completely unacceptable and not suitable for this level of business. Important to note that the hotel was staffed at all times. "Minor" suggestions: more focus on eco-friendly products (still using 30ml shampoo bottles), a jacuzzi by the pool would have been nice.
Guest：Anche se si è un po’ fuori dal centro di San Francesc si ha la bella spiaggia di cala Saona a 10 minuti a piedi…residence con piscina davvero raffinato ma comunque in pieno stile Formentera…a 20 metri di può ammirare il miglior tramonto di formentera
