Guest：This is our 7th visit to the Milky Way and we were not disappointed. This is a small and friendly apartment block with a 3 star rating. The rooms are clean and kept clean by the hard working site staff. The restaurant and bar area, managed by Popeye, is run effectively and efficiently and the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. The food and drinks are priced well and are of good quality. The pool area is getting a little tired (the top pool especially) but the pools themselves are clean and refreshing. Sunbeds are available most of the time without needing to get up at the crack of dawn. With a taxi button outside the entrance, with taxi's costing approx ￡4 to Hisoranu (you can walk too if you can bear the heat) the apartments are ideally located for those looking for something quieter away from the town. Would I go back? Always, whilst Popeye and the family are running the Milky Way.
Guest：We visited for a week at the end of August & had a wonderful time at Milky Way Hotel & Apartments. All staff were friendly & helpful, the pool areas were clean with enough loungers for all guests. Food & drinks were good with reasonable prices. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable & the balcony area had great views of the mountains. The only thing that could perhaps be improved was the general cleanliness of the room (kitchen area/ underneath beds & tables). Overall, we had a brilliant holiday & would recommend Milky Way to anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere within reasonable walking distance of shops/ restaurants/ bars ??
Guest：stayed here 1 week with friend. went to use shower and oh my goodness the shower tray was absolutely filthy. obviously had not been cleaned in weeks if not months. complained and they sent a cleaner to clean it, well it looked no different. complained again again sent a cleaner and still no better. third time I went back I asked them to give me cleaning products, a bucket, cloth and brush and said I would clean it my self. they said oh NO NO you cant clean it so the guy off reception came and cleaned it, I watched him do it. it was marginally better but it was clear to see a lot of the dirty was ground in which can only happen if the trays are not cleaned regularly. the did offer to change our room but we has unpacked and honestly could not be bother to pack up and move. the rooms were not particularly clean but at least better than shower. staff at hotel were very good friendly and nothing too much trouble, except for the cleaners. we were in the older block and later other guests told us the rooms in newer block were much better and cleaner so perhaps we should have changed rooms. the point however is that all rooms should be cleaned properly. would not stay here again
Guest：Average hotel. Rooms are large but definitely not the cleanest especially the small bathroom - shower was disgusting!!! We didn't use the pool - sunbeds gone by 8am . Pool was very murky looking !!! Usual turkish breakfast. Snacks were ok and evening meal (we only ate once) was nice . We found it very clicky with lots of retuning guests who took over everything- sunbeds , restaurant tables etc . We used the pool next door in the Mood Bar - amazing coffee and excellent food and cheaper beers ??????. Make sure you pay your bill daily. We would not recommend this hotel or stay here again
