Guest：I stayed at this hotel for my visit to Oludeniz. Check-in went very well. The room is spacious and very well appointed. The only issues were forgetting to unpack the room and the Wi-Fi didn't work during my stay at the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist who promised to report the problem to management. The breakfast is basic and repetitive. The staff is helpful and attentive.
Guest：We chose this accommodation in advance having visited Hisoranu whilst staying in Olu Deniz the year before and had a look at it. There’s a few negatives to start then I’ll finish on the positives. Air conditioning - the air conditioning in our room did not work properly for the first week. We pointed this out to the guy on reception who came in our room, looked at it and said it was working but our room was a lot warmer than the reception area. At night we put on portable fans on our bedside tables that we had brought with us because the room was just too warm. Strangely, after a week the air conditioning started working properly and the room was cool. Whether they had adjusted something or had it fixed I don’t know. Breakfast - for the standard of accommodation and price paid we felt that the breakfast was limited. There were not many hot breakfast items. There was a chef who would cook omelettes, fry or poach eggs but their vocabulary was limited. I requested toast and had to explain what it was. The three star hotel we had stayed at the previous year had a breakfast buffet display three times the size of this one. WiFi - was pretty poor through out the accommodation and constantly faded in and out. There were separate log ins for each room and you sometimes had to log in using another room to get decent reception. The staff are described as friendly in their literature. I would describe them as polite and helpful rather than friendly. Unlike the staff on our previous stay in Turkey they were somewhat aloof and did not make conversation at all with guests (or not with us anyway!) Now the positives. The accommodation and rooms are lovely - nice, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms with a good shower. The pool is lovely - a basic rectangular pool but kept nice and clean and the water is lovely. There is a jacuzzi feature on the steps where you can sit and enjoy water jets and bubbles. Sun beds - plenty of them and all with sun umbrellas. There was never any problem getting a sun bed unlike some resorts and spare sun beds so you could move around the pool and follow the sun. A nice touch was that the staff would occasionally offer complimentary cocktails and treats like sliced watermelon around the pool. Location - the accommodation is ideally located in a relatively quiet street less than a minute’s walk from the main strip and has a decent pub next door to it (Paddy’s). All in all we would probably not stay at this accommodation again as on the basis of the points mentioned we felt it was just a little bit pricey at a cost that amounted to ￡137 a night. If they improved on the points mentioned then then it would be worth a visit.
Guest：Wonderful modern boutique hotel. The staff are outstanding and so helpful and friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable clean and modern with everything we needed. Shout out the excellent chef who provided a superb breakfast selection and delicious meals during the day. We would definitely return to this beautiful hotel again.
