Guest：Excellent staff can not do as much to help you, we had room 2807 even tho this was a sea view room it was approximately 100m from the shoreline, beautiful view to be fair overlooking the heated pools.
Guest：This is 100% wonderful resort to stay in. Cannot fault anything from our welcome (we arrived very late Sunday evening and they had even saved dinner for us!). The atmosphere is very welcoming, peaceful, friendly, hospitable... I could go on! Service is excellent - as soon as you sit somewhere you are offered drinks. Food is excellent in the buffet restaurant, so much choice, with piping hot food and various live cooking areas which make it 5*. The sun lounges around the pool and beach are very comfortable and private with plenty available. Our room was very spacious (Deluxe garden view which is highly recommended) with fresh beach towels and bottled water being delivered daily to our room. All staff are so polite, friendly and very professional. It is a shame that there is only one flight (Tui) a week from the UK to Marsa Alam as this is a truly lovely resort to holiday in and we definitely would love to return.
