Guest：Location good and view from our top floor room amazing, overlooking the river. Advertised as 2 bedroom suite, however it is not self contained so potentially other guests could access the area. Therefore need to lock bedroom door and toilet is outside the bedroom along a corridor. No air-conditioning, which we hadn't realised, so despite a fan can be very warm. Staff unfriendly and breakfast disappointing.
Guest：Stayed for 3 nights. The buildings around it are under constructions which has caused a few extra critters to be roaming around, but this isn't due to the cleanliness of the place. Accommodations are well situated on a quiet street (minus the construction) that is a short walk to the core of Porto. It's right near one of the old Jewish sectors. The rooms felt a bit damp and there isn't a fan to pull out the moisture after a shower so you must leave the window open to help off set the damp feeling. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the room large and bright (Master Suite). I did notice the basement room smells a bit musty and has a very tiny window. The breakfast room is also a bit musty but I think it's because the buildings are old and stone. I would also note we had internet issues as it often woul be conected but didn't work. The breakfast was nice and they'll make you eggs if you ask. I was a bit upset with the time for breakfast. We mentioned we were getting picked up at 8:30am for a tour and the person in charge of breakfast that day didn't seem to care or maybe didn't remember because they didn't get in till close to 8:15 and then we didn't get a full breakfast because pastries weren't even cooked yet. Yes they bake the pastries each day. There's also a lovely patio out back, but I would ask when the contruction plans to be completed because at the moment it's a bit loud. Overall I recommend it, but they could provide better breakfast hours and do something amount the rooms feeling damp.
Guest：Deluxe Suite war Zimmer zur Strassenseite auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr laut. Zimmerreinigung bestand darin, da? die Betten gemacht wurden. Waschbecken wurde 2 Tage nicht gereinigt ebenso der Boden. Offene Toilette und Bad im Zimmer es riecht. Frühstück mit ungebackenen Tiefkühlbr?tchen, billiger Marmelade etc.
