Guest：We stayed 5 nights at Belizean Reef in mid-February 2023. Yvette offered to pick us up, but we came into the airport which is a 5 minute walk so we just did that. Nothing fancy about it, but it had everything you need and was well maintained. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. We would have preferred 2 more pillows on the king bed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Right on the water and very short walk to scuba, swimming and access to SP by street. Would go back for sure!
Guest：The pictures tell the story. This is an excellent large condo that is well located and that has beautiful ocean views. The property manager Yvett not only picked us up at the airport but dropped us off at the water taxi pier when we left. One block away from an Indian restaurant with menu options we don’t have at home. If you like a large size condo and value a good location you will be happy. If you prefer the latest HGTV fashions and style over substance, you will be unhappy. Style is more original but that doesn’t bother us. The unit had a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, two TVs, two AC mini spits to keep you cool, a patio, lots of room, and an awesome view. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.b. If I as in the Marroquin buy real estate in Belize, I would consider this unit and this management company. Communication and service were top notch.
Guest：The apartment is in a great location. Short walking distance to the center of town via the beach or the road. It’s very quiet and secluded. Yet right near everything. There is a beach area out in front of the apartment, to sit but not swim. However, you can go down the beach a short way and use a dock for swimming/snorkeling. It’s great! Lit up at night even. Big fish. We were on the lower level with a walkout patio. Nice shady space with basic table and chairs. Loungers in common area closer to beach. One nice bedroom with king-size bed. Two full futons in living room. Not luxurious but it worked for our 3 ladies. FYI The front door opens directly into the bedroom. And you walk through the bedroom to get to the kitchen/living room. There is a grocery right out front near main road. 2 minute walk. But it’s expensive and only has imported American food. Walk to other stores for fresh fruits/veg and better selection. Everything is so close and easy. No golf cart needed for simple shopping and wandering through town. But you’ll want one to go to other parts of the island. Our host was wonderful! She can get you a golfcart or whatever you need. Very attentive and accessible via WhatsApp. A real personal touch. We enjoyed our stay and feel like we made a friend. And the app they use is very helpful.
Guest：Extremely clean and very well managed property. The property has a full time manager, they have a good website/app to teach you about the island and you can access the manager quickly on WhatsApp anytime. Location is very central and backs on to the beach. You can walk to many places to eat or just up and down the beach.
