Guest：By far the best hotel of my entire Taiwan trip! I wrote in to the hotel beforehand to ask for their help in surprising my mother — and they truly went above and beyond. The service was absolutely stellar, thoughtful, and exceeded all expectations. They assisted with the ordering of bouquet and a birthday cake which made my mum's day! She was genuinely touched, and it made our stay incredibly special. Highly, highly recommended!

Guest：Great location, many food options outside and shopping. Just around the corner from wenhua night market. The room was great, had 2 bathrooms and a spacious sitting area. The entryway is a bit narrow but only a problem if you have huge/many luggages. Laundry located in the basement, the only sceptical thing for me is the hotel elevator is not room-key locked (just curious to me). Otheewise def recomend if you plan to stay in Chiayi :)
