Guest：I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. Even before I arrived, the staff reached out to coordinate my airport pickup, which made everything feel seamless from the start. When I finally arrived, it was late at night, dark, and raining—but they were still waiting for me. Two staff members stood outside my villa with umbrellas and helped carry my belongings inside, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It was very spacious, with a large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys. It quickly became my favorite spot to sit, relax, and take in the scenery. There was even a huge jacuzzi on the balcony, which made the experience feel extra special—soaking while overlooking the mountains was unforgettable. Breakfast is available each morning and they’ll pick you up in a golf cart, which is very convenient. While I’m not much of a breakfast person, I did try their dinner—and it was delicious. They delivered it right to my villa and beautifully set it up on the balcony, which made for such a peaceful and memorable dining experience. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. They offered helpful recommendations, assisted me with booking tickets for a show, and even drove me there. This was especially appreciated since the attractions in Zhangjiajie are quite spread out—their transportation made everything so much easier. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with outstanding service, stunning views, and incredible attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend it, and it will be the only place I stay when I return to Zhangjiajie.
Guest：An amazing experience! The room: We stayed in the round bed guest room for two nights, and found it to be beautifully designed, warm, and super clean. Nestled in the forest, it felt very private and safe, while also showcasing stunning views of the mountains. We were also able to order food delivered from local restaurants (which were all very delicious), even though the location was too remote for normal delivery apps. Overall the room was perfect and we had no problems at all. Location: The area is located by a small village in the mountains with clean air, beautiful views, and friendly animals and wildlife. Only a 5 minute drive from the West gate of the Zhangjiajie national park, the staff were always ready to drop us off or pick us up in their electric buggy, accompanied by their cute dog Zhaocai (who was one of our favourite staff members). A major benefit of going through the West gate, is that the staff were able to plan our route such that we were always traveling in the opposite direction to the main crowds from the other gates. For example, when we got to the base of the Bailong elevator, there was no one waiting in line and we were able to go straight inside, however when we arrived at the top we saw hundreds of people lining up to go down. Service: Despite every aspect of the hotel being so wonderful, the staffs hospitality was the best part. Well before we arrived, the staff planned our whole trip around what we wanted to see and how long we had, helped us buy all of the necessary tickets, and organised pickup and drop off from the main town. Their drivers were super kind and friendly, and we had a very comfortable ride to and from the hotel. When we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, responding quickly to all of our questions and requests on WeChat, and going above and beyond on every occasion. An example of their good nature is that we never had to climb up stairs, the staff would always collect us at the road below our cabin, and drop us off at the road above our cabin. The kitchen staff were also very friendly, and cooked us delicious breakfasts every morning :). When we returned from the park, our room had been cleaned and serviced so well, it was a very nice surprise after a long day in the park. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our trip and made it feel so special!
Guest：The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the west gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest. I booked the hut and the view was stunning especially during the sun rise (see photo). The room was comfortable and clean. Comes with heated flooring if you're in cooler months. The onsite restaurant has good breakfast. It is more geared for Chinese flavours. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and patient. Our Chinese was not the best and they were patient with translation apps. When planning your itinerary, they were very helpful. Many online resources don't have the knowledge the team has in avoiding long line ups and which direction would be the most tiring. I would suggest listening and following their advice on how to effectively see the famous sites. Arranging transport was easy. The team assisted with that as well. The pool was in maintenance when we stayed, it was in the early April so the weather was cool and we weren't going to use to pool anyway. This hotel has a great vibe away from the crowds and large groups of tourists. The price is worth it for a nice getaway to relax and also see zhangjiajie and enter through a gate that's not as busy as the main gate.
