酒店位置好，走到库克船长小屋几分钟，早餐好，唯一可惜是没坐到热气球（大风取消了），期待下次

Great location, easy walk to the free tram to explore the city. Quality breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Super comfortable bed

酒店服务一流，面带笑容。房间宽敞，酒店清洁，企理。服务员对我们的要求都尽量帮忙。游泳池温度舒适。楼下有铁路方便到市区游玩。

本人很晚才checkin，安排住18楼，可能被upgrade 房间楼层，因为这是行政楼层，房间各样基本设施都有齐，惟body lotion 是空的，因太晚所以没有叫前台更换。床褥软硬适中，房间也是整洁的。

新酒店，地理位置很好，对面就是公园，周围是居民区，很安静，早晨起来能看到热气球，酒店服务也很满意。早餐也不错。

酒店旁边就是公园，那边是橄榄球、网球场，再往南就是国家植物园，地点不错。酒店早餐是中规中矩的英式早餐，品种不是很多，口味还行也还算精致，比起国内五星酒店那种玲琅满目的早餐肯定是不能比，典型的商务酒店感觉。房间内设施整体不错，一个问题是空调是不能关闭的，一个问题是无法开窗通风。本来墨尔本天气很好，开窗呼吸新鲜空气是很惬意的事情。停车场一晚上45澳币。这是我第二次来墨尔本了，上次住的就是这个，这次一口气住了4个晚上。健身房和一层的酒吧都还不错。墨尔本五星级酒店里麪算是价格比较亲民的了。下次再来换一换。

酒店离city走路大约15分钟，附近也有几家餐馆，对面就是澳网场馆，门口就是车站，房间衞生: 第一次进去的房间可能没有完成衞生，灰灰，垃圾桶都没放好，之后换了一间。早餐还是不错的。酒店外面就有一个很大很美的公园。

The hotel is located closely to the tram station and is only three stops away from the city centre. The room is tidy and clean. Only thing that bothered me is the drain at the toilet smelled a bit. The hotel charged overnight parking at a reasonable price. Overall, a good stay.

Good breakfast with many options and best things till 1030am. Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Room condition is clean and well-maintained. Definitely be back on my next Melbourn trip.
